Prior information notices
The largest prior information notice of the week comes from the Cabinet Office, which has unveiled plans to launch a £900m framework for records management services. The announcement comes less than four months after the UK’s public spending watchdog claimed that Whitehall’s reliance on poor quality data had been partly responsible for the Windrush scandal.

Tenders
The Scottish Government has issued a £20m tender for digital evidence sharing software. The tender is being carried out on behalf of Police Scotland, the Crown Office, the Scottish Courts and the Tribunal Services among others. The contract is set to remain in place for five years.

Awards
Chelton has won one of the largest awards revealed last week: a £100m contract to provide aircraft communication system devices to the Home Office. The ministry will use the system to support air to ground comms for the new Emergency Services Network. The contract was awarded in August and will remain in place until 2031.
