The lowdown: The Crown Commercial Service has unveiled plans to launch a massive £550m framework covering debt resolution services. The framework is set to include a range of products and solutions covering a numbers of tasks linked to debt resolution, such as fraud and error prevention and spend recovery analysis software. It comes just weeks after a government report warned that a shortage of digital procurement tools was hampering efforts to stem a tide of fraud and corruption that costs taxpayers up to £2.75bn a year, as NS Tech reported at the time. Prospective suppliers have until 13 July 2020 to register their interest in the framework.
