The lowdown: IBM has bagged one of the biggest deals of the week: a contract to provide support to Joint Forces Command. As is often the case with military contracts, the award notice is extremely light on detail. What we do know is that the deal is worth £5.5m and supports Joint Forces Command’s commercial capability. It came into effect on 22 June.
